Update
We have completed a thorough evaluation of all connections on our end — both outgoing and incoming — and found absolutely no issues on the mxHERO infrastructure. We can confirm this problem is not related to our platform in any way. We are now in active contact with the Google Workspace support team and are awaiting their response. This appears to be a global Gmail/Google Workspace outage, with a significant number of users reporting issues across the board. Investigating
We are currently investigating a connectivity issue affecting email delivery for Google Workspace users only. Some outbound emails from Google Workspace accounts may be delayed or temporarily undeliverable. Our mxHERO servers are fully operational and unaffected. The issue is isolated to Google's outbound mail infrastructure, which is timing out when attempting to connect to our relay endpoints. All other email providers and services are functioning normally and are not impacted. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
