This delay might have caused short-term delivery delays for certain messages and, in rare cases, bounced messages, depending on the destination server configuration. Our engineering team quickly identified and addressed the issue, and the rollout is now fully complete. All messages have been processed, and there are no pending deliveries within the mxHERO service. The certificate update window was on Sunday between 2024-12-08 00:00 and 11:00 UTC.
