We received reports from users indicating a delay in the synchronization of "Accounts and Groups" from email providers such as Gapps, Office365, and AD/LDAP. Upon investigation, we identified an issue with our service provider that impeded the synchronization process for several hours. It's important to note that this problem solely affected the synchronization of accounts, aliases, and groups, and did not impact email processing. Resolution: To address this issue and prevent similar occurrences in the future, we have implemented a proactive control mechanism for automatic recovery. With this measure in place, any potential disruptions to the synchronization process should be swiftly resolved.
