We're updating mxHERO! We've scheduled a maintenance window in order to deploy new security features and software updates for mxHERO! This update should be non-impacting and will last approximately 4 hours.
While the upgrade is in place the Tracing report from the dashboard wont be available or may return empty results. After it all the information will be present and the report will start responding again. No other service will be affected.
