Emails Forwarded to go.mail2cloud.io May Have Bounced for External Senders

We identified an issue affecting emails sent to go.mail2cloud.io under a very specific condition. Specifically, emails processed through “Copy Emails” rules using the “Forwarding Address” functionality—when originating from an external sender—may have bounced following our latest update.

The engineering team has implemented a fix, and any messages that bounced under this particular scenario should be resent. Emails sent by users within the organization were not affected.
